All Nations Tribal Transportation Consortium, LLC (ANTTC)

The ANTTC is an independent tribal consortium, not affiliated under the authority of any Alaska Regional Tribe or Regional Corporation. 

The ANTTC Board of Directors is the governing body of the ANTTC.  The members of the ANTTC Board of Directors are empowered to negotiate ANTTC business on behalf of their respective tribe.  

The ANTTC Board of Directors is made up of the Tribal President, or Council designee of the member tribes.

What We Do

Our primary function is implementing the Indian Reservation Roads Program on behalf of our member tribes.  This includes:

1. Program Administration
2. Transportation Planning
3. Project Development
4. Construction
5. Transportation Facility Maintenance

We also provide technical assistance and training to:

1. Tribes
2. Regional Corporations
3. Tribal Technical Assistance Programs
4. Local, State, and Federal Governments
